Stayed overnight on our way back from southern Italy. Located two streets back from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was a decent size and had air conditioning which was a bonus. We were allocated parking in a secure area, at the back of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and new more English than I did Italian !! I got the impression that many of the guests were regulars, which was a good sign.

The staff was friendly and spoke english, the room was very nice, and the location was good
The location is a little hard to find, just be on the lookout, and aprking was tight, but so is the rest of italy...unaware there is a air conditioning above the door, I did not see it..

1 block from beach, great location quiet area, we were able to use the secure off street parking, family run and very friendly staff. Rooms basic but everything you need. Very clean.

Our room was spacious and wide. Cleanliness was excellent! Thankful for airconditioning that works!! The hotel was thankfully located in a quiet part of town but yet easy and conveniently located to the beach and resraurants/stores. Was so happy about the staff knowing English. The owner was really nice and accomodating! Love the fact that the hotel offers free bikes, as this helped us roam around and sight-see in a most comfortable and convenient manner. What also was good was the free and well-working Wifi! The hotel had a simple but comfy, relaxing atmosphere which we liked and needed.
Varazze was a most fascinating city with very many narrow streets, so finding the hotel was a fun but not impossible challenge.
